Term Fee Information

The entire term fee is requested on the first day of each term. When paying by cheque/cash please prepare a payment envelope with student name/class (es) attended clearly written on the front. Payment can be made by BACS (account details available at the studio front desk). Parent of a new student can opt to pay weekly for up to four weeks of first attendance. Following this four week period the above term policy applies. Parents will be advised of term fee cost prior to student attendance.

As learning is incremental students are expected to attend class each week. Refunds and/or reductions are not given for student non attendance. Where a student no longer wishes a class place the dance school should be notified either in writing or in person. In such a circumstance monies already paid will not be refunded. In the event of classes being cancelled for reasons beyond the school's control e.g bad weather classes will not be compensated.

NB If your child has any known joint/back/muscle injury and/or joint/back/muscle weakness, getting over any recent illness or you have any medical related concerns, please seek medical advice prior to your child attending class
